Ekaterinburg Weekend Tour

Day 1

• Meeting at the airport or railway station in Ekaterinburg;
• Sightseeing tour around Ekaterinburg by car or bus:

The tour route includes popular attractions of Ekaterinburg-from the birthplace of the city to the modern Ekaterinburg City. We will drive through several districts of the city to see buildings in the style of Soviet constructivism and famous monuments.

We will stop in front of the two-story Temple-on-Blood, built on the of the execution place of  the Last Russian Tsar Nicholas II and his family.

We will visit the heart of the city — the Dam. A popular place for meetings and walks is located on a dam that blocks the flow of the Iset river. The construction appeared in the time of the Russian Tsar Peter I, and the Ekaterinburg began to grow from this place.

• Welcome lunch at the hotel, accommodation.

Day 2

• Breakfast at the hotel; luggage is left in the hotel’s storage room;
• 09.30-13.00 walking tour to the Yeltsin center or the Ural Stones Museum;

Yeltsin center: a modern exhibition center with a media facade, built using the latest Museum technologies, dedicated to the personality of the first President of Russia and the history of Russia at the end of the 20th century.

It is located in the city center of Ekaterinburg among skyscrapers, on the one hand, and the Iset river, on the other hand – a very beautiful place. In the center you can do a little shopping: at the store of creative Ural Souvenirs «El» and a clothing boutique of Ural designers.

• 13.00-14.00 lunch at the hotel;
• Transfer to the airport or railway station in Ekaterinburg.
